It'a also worth remembering that sports bras do often fit smaller across your back as they need to give you that extra support. They can often feel a little restricting when you immediately put them but if you've chosen a good quality bra, the fibres will relax and fit to you snugly and within 5 minutes you shouldn't feel you've got it on.
Sports bras have a tougher job than every day bras so when you're fastening it, you should use the last hook and eye if possible and that way once the elastane looses its stretch you've got several options to tighten up the back and the bra will last much longer.
