Delivery & Returns Information
Free Postage on purchases over £60 - All goods sent within the UK are posted out to you FREE OF CHARGE* by Royal Mail if over £60 is spent or you can request 1st Class (£2.95 taking 1-3 days) or 2nd Class (£2.65 taking 3-5 days) delivery if your order is under £60.
Special Next Day Delivery & Saturday Delivery - For an extra payment of £7.00 certain goods may be sent by Special Next Day Delivery (please check stock availability on 01274 873610 before placing your order) and are guaranteed to arrive with you next day before 1pm (if order is received before 3pm that day on Monday-Thursday only). Special Next Day Deliveries can be delivered up to 6pm the next day and will usually require a signature, so if you are not at home please let us know if we can leave with a neighbour or in a secure location. We now also offer Royal Mail Guaranted Saturday delivery for a fee of £10, which will be delivered to you between 8.30 and 1pm and will require a signature. Please note that Royal Mail do not guarantee delivery of their 'Special Next Day Deliveries' on a Saturday morning, only their Guarateed Saturday delivery will be delivered on a Saturday so orders received on Friday for Guaranteed Next Day Delivery will be delivered to you on the Monday.
Overseas Deliveries - may take a little longer and may be subject to delay in customs. Deliveries may be subject to import duties and taxes and the burden lies with the purchases to satisfy charges subsequently incurred. Delivery charges to customers who reside outside the Uk are - Europe £7.95 and USA £8.95. If your order is urgent we may be able to express your order to you please phone 01274 873610 to arrange this.
Once you have placed your order you will be contacted by email (usually the same day) and given an exact date of despatch. Please note that by placing your order it does not mean the garment is automatically in stock and not everything onsite is available by Special Next Day Delivery. Please phone us on 01274 873610 for an immediate stock update which we can give you in seconds.
*Please be aware that to qualify for free postage your purchases must total over £60. When returning items for a refund if the amount falls below the £60 (which brings the initial order below the qualifying amount) your refund will be the total of goods returned less the postage charges (£2.95) which need to be re-applied.
We conform to the requirements of the Data Protection Act, 1998. We allow a 14-day 'cooling off' period for returns (from date of despatch).
Don't worry, in the event of nationwide Royal Mail strikes we will source alternative couriers to make sure that your delivery arrives on time.
Seasonal deliveries - orders for Christmas will be taken up to 12th December and if in stock delivered by 1st Class Post - we cannot accept responsibility for items not getting to you in the Christmas Post! PLEASE CHECK WITH jane@envie4u.co.uk IF THE ITEM IS IN STOCK IF YOU NEED IT IN A HURRY!
Returns & Exchange Policy
At EnVie we want you to be totally happy with everything you purchase from us but if for any reason an EnVie product does not meet your expectations, simply return the item(s) to us in its original packaging and unused condition within 14 days of the despatch date. For orders placed from abroad we offer 21 days for return of garments. We will then provide you with a merchandise exchange, credit voucher or refund. Please make sure you have proof of posting, if your garments do go missing then you will need to claim via Royal Mail or whichever carrier used. We cannot ussue refunds for garments that we do not receive. We regret that postage and packaging is non-refundable. Please include a cover note along with your customer i.d. number & date of placing order. (Or simply a copy of our original letter to you). It is very helpful to us if you Indicate what the problem is and whether you require an exchange, credit voucher or refund. We cannot refund to you if we do not have your details!
All EnVie handmade original garments and Anita mastectomy garments are made up specifically to your specifications and not refundable. For any EnVie handmade items made to order we ask that you also allow up to14 days for delivery. Anita Mastectomy garments made to order allow up to 2-3 weeks for delivery. These particular made to measure garments are non returnable (this does not affect your statutory rights). Please note that all garments which are made specifically for you are non returnable. All other items on the site are fully refundable if returned within 14 days from receipt of delivery if ordered in the UK or 30 days if ordered from abroad.
Hoisery Returns
If you have decided that for whatever reason, they are not for you, all you have to do is return the goods, unopened, in their original condition within 14 days of receipt of goods. Unfortunately, if the goods have been opened, then we cannot exchange or refund any money as we are unable to resell the product for hygiene reasons.
Please note that special SALE garments need to be returned within 10 days from despatch date. (Items sent to us after these deadlines cannot be refunded/credited/posted back to the customer.)

Once we have received your garment/s we will contacted you by e-mail to confirm the amount and date of refund to you. We do not send copy refunds by post, but are quite happy to oblige if you send us a stamped addressed envelope.
