EnVie Exchange and Return

At Envie we offer a hassle free no-quibble return & exchange policy.  Simply return within 2 weeks , (Orders from abroad  28 days) unworn, in the condition we sent out to you and we will happily give you a refund or exchange.  

We understand that it is difficult buying gifts and now offer a special gift receipt if requested which offers a 28 day exchange policy if items are bought as Christmas gifts. Just click 'gift receipt' and a receipt will be made without the price which, if required can be returned and exchanged within 28 days for other items on the site if unsuitable.

For your convenience we have created a simple online form which will complete most of the information for you. All you need to do is follow these simple instructions.

       Click on the My Account link on the header navigation bar then enter your email address and password

2.    CLICK ON THE RETURNS LINK

3.    CLICK ON THE RELEVANT ORDER ID

4.    FOLLOW THE STEPS ON THE FORM

If you do not have a printer, please return with the original invoice adding your requests.

• EXCHANGES  - unlimited returns postage free
• Replacements are sent out as soon as possible to you by second class mail, if the requested item(s) are not in stock we will advise you of the date they are due.  Please wherever possible request your exchange by email to exchanges@envie4u.co.uk as this will quicken up the return!
• We ask that you pay the postage to return goods to us.  Please make sure you have proof of posting from the Post Office/Carrier used to return the goods, unfortunately we cannot refund goods that we do not receive.
• Unlimited exchanges, postage free - we will send out as many times as needed to get you the perfect fit! 

• REFUNDS
• We will send you a confirmation email  to let you know that we have got your return safely and that it has been processed.  Refunds are usually carried out within 12-24 hours of receiving your return.
• We try to refund items promptly within 12-24 hours of receiving your return. 
• We regret that shipping and postage charges won't be refunded if goods are returned.
• Express delivery of replacements can be requested at the time of return please phone on 01274 873610 to arrange this.
  

Free Gifts - Please note that we can only give you a free gift if you purchase over £60 worth of goods with us, if you are returning any items and it brings your total to under £60 you will then have the option of keeping the gift (and paying for it) or returning it with your other goods and receiving a full refund.
