How to place an order online.

An order can be placed online in just six easy steps!

  • If you see a product you would like to purchase, simply click the "Add to cart" button and that item will be placed in your shopping cart, where it will be saved until you are ready. You can also delete these items by clicking om the 'Shopping Basket button on the left of the page and then click the boxes under the heading “Remove”.
  • When you have finished shopping, click the “Checkout” button on the right of the page. Here you can view the items you selected while shopping. Please check that the quantities and sizes are correct before proceeding with any transactions.
  • Then select the Delivery area to which you would like the items delivered. It is essential that you select the correct country to ensure that the items reach you and also so that no extra postage is charged. When you have checked that the information is correct, please click the "Proceed to checkout" button underneath your order.
  • If you you have not already done so you now need to either register as a new customer or sign in using your email address and password. You will now be able to view a final order summary and a grand total figure which also includes any postage and packaging costs. Please once again check that the items displayed and the delivery address are correct before clicking the ‘Pay by credit/ debit card’ button under your order.
  • Please provide your credit/ debit card details as instructed, ensuring that all the details are correct and as they appear on the card. When you have checked that the dtails are correct, please read our terms and conditions and tick the box to state that you agree with them.
  • You may now click the button to send the order details using Thawte secure encryption ensuring that your card details are safe at all times. You will receive an email confirming your order and the money will only be taken from your account at the point when we dispatch your order.

You can place an order over the phone by calling a member of our sales team on                  +44 (0)1274 873610. Lines are open Monday to Thursday 9.00am-4.30pm, please note on Fridays we are only open up to 3.45pm.  We aim to reply to messages the same day. Messages received during the weekend will be replied to the following Monday so please make sure you leave a contact number which is available on Monday.

Methods of payment

We accept card payments online and over the phone. The cards we accept are Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Maestro, Solo and American Express. We also take payments via Paypal which enables customers to pay who do not have a credit/debit card. Please note that Paypal payments will be taken from your account immediately while credit/debit card payments will only be taken from your card once the goods are sent out from us at this end.  When paying by telephone the payment will also be debited the same day as your order.

Exchange Rates

The default currency displayed on our site is GB Pounds Sterling. You can change the currency by clicking on the Currency Converter located on the home page in the right hand column. If you want to shop in US Dollars just click that option and all goods on the site will then be shown in US Dollars and you will be able to make a payment in US Dollars.  The exchange rates displayed are updated on a regular basis and iare calculated on the date of order at the current rate of exchange set by the banks at the time of your transaction.

Delivery

Once you have ordered your item we will email you back with a confirmation and also an estimated delivery date.  If the item is in stock we aim to despatch all orders within the same day (Monday to Friday). If any item is not in stock, please allow up to 7-14 days for delivery, you will be notified accordingly. For any EnVie handmade items made to order we ask that you allow up to 14 days for delivery. Anita Mastectomy garments made to order allow approx. 14 days for delivery. These are garments have been made to your specifications and are non returnable (this does not affect your statutory rights) . 

 

Postage

All goods sent within the UK are sent by either 1st class Royal Mail  £2.95 or 2nd Class £2.65.  Postage is FREE on spends over £50.  If items are returned to us then postage becomes payable as the order obviously falls under £50.  Goods sent Monday-Thursday by Royal Mail Special Delivery cost £7 and are guaranteed to arrive with you next day between 8.30 and 1pm (if order is received before 4pm that day). Orders sent on a Friday are guaranteed to be with you before 1pm on the Monday morning.  Please telephone us if you need delivery on a Saturday.  Please make sure there will be someone to sign for the Special Delivery when it arrives! Overseas delivery may take a little longer and may be subject to delay in customs. Deliveries may be subject to import duties and taxes and the burden lies with the purchases to satisfy charges subsequently incurred. Delivery charges apply to customers who reside outside the Uk Europe £7.95 and USA £8.95.

Returns & Exchange Policy

At EnVie we want you to be totally happy with everything you purchase from us but if for any reason an EnVie product does not meet your expectations, simply return the item(s) to us in its original unused condition within 14 days of the despatch date for orders made within the UK.  For Europe and Worldwide orders we offer a period of 4 weeks to return your garments to us.  Please check carefully all garments you return to us are in their original packaging along with all tags in place on the garments wherever possible. PLEASE TAKE GREAT CARE WITH GARMENTS as we regret that we cannot refund any marked, washed or soiled garments or garments which have the original swing tickets removed. A return form can quickly be downloaded from the home page and is very simple to fill in.  If you do not have a printer please write your request on the original invoice we sent tot you.  We will then provide you with a merchandise exchange, credit voucher (3 months limit) or refund. Please include a cover note indicating the problem and whether you require an exchange, credit voucher or refund. If any of your items are faulty please return it/them straight to us at the address below and we will exchange it for you as quickly as possible.

You will be contacted by e-mail to confirm that we have received your return and that a refund has been made.  We try our best ro respond to each return we receive the same day.  We do not send copy refunds by post, but will happily oblige if you send a stamped addressed enveloped.
