Please read through our terms and conditions carefully as when you shop with EnVie Lingerie you are bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of the terms and conditions you must not use this web site.
Intellectual Property
All contents on our website including logos, trademarks and photographs along with written text are the property of EnVie and its suppliers. None of the content or software held on this website must be reproduced, copied, sold or downloaded without prior written consent from us directly.
Telephone Orders
You can place an order over the phone by calling a member of our sales team on
+44 (0)1274 873610. Lines are open Monday-Thursday 9am-5pm and Friday 9am,-3pm only. At all other times a message can be left - and we aim to reply to messages with 48 hours, if not the same day. Messages received during the weekend will be replied to the following Monday morning so please make sure you leave a contact number which is available on Monday am.
Methods of payment
We accept card payments both online and over the telephone and for those of you who are still a little wary of the internet we also accept UK cheques! We are also happy to say that we now accept paypal payments and if you do not have a credit or debit card it is possible to pay through them. We have now been trading online for over 12 years, we are an exceptionally reputable company and assure you that when you give your payment details online they are totally secure. How do we do this? All payment details are validated and processed by Protx who use the very latest SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption technology. However, since no credit card details are held on our website you will have to enter your card details every time you place an order with us. We do store your credit/debit card details, but do store your address details so you should not need to keep re-entering them! The cards we accept are Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Switch, Maestro, & Solo and American Express and Paypal. We also accept UK cheques made payable to EnVie and remember to allow 5 working days for payment to clear. We accept BACS payments and we can accept electronic foreign transactions but any bank charges incurred with refunds are liable by the customer.
Please remember that when you order online although you give your payment details at the time of ordering, we do not take your payment out from your bank account until the goods leave us at this end and are ready to despatch to you (unless you have paid with Paypal in which case the payment comes directly out of your account regardless). The only time we take immediate payment is when you order directly by telephone or when your goods are in stock and ready to send out immediately. Also for your security we do not store your credit card details, only your address, telephone number and email number will be stored.
Our Site does use cookies, as do many other e commerce site on the internet.
Exchange Rates
The default currency displayed on our site is GB Pounds Sterling. You can change the currency by clicking on the flags on the right hand column. The exchange rates displayed are updated on a regular basis however the actual amount you will be charged will be the rate set by the banks at the time of your transaction.

Our site is verified as being authentic and secure through THAWTE. Click the logo to verify.
Privacy
Please rest assured your privacy is a priority to us and we will not release any customer information to third parties. By ordering with us you will automatically be added to our e-mail list and will be sent 'e-shots' unless otherwise requested. The amount of e-shots we send is very small, so please rest assured you will certainly not be bombarded!
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled anytime right up to being despatched. Once the item has been despatched it then becomes your responsibility to return back the garment back to us in an unworn condition before we can issue a refund to you. Please note that if a return has been made which originally qualified for free postage and brings the order to under £50 then postage will become applicable and deducted from the refund/order.
Delivery
We hold a vast stock of garments and can get the majority of orders out very quickly to you but not everything on our site is immediately available. Therefore once your order has been made you will be contacted with an estimated date of delivery and then we will endeavour to send out to you by the means of postage you have requested. For any EnVie handmade or made to measure items we ask that you also allow up to14 days for delivery. For Anita Mastectomy garments made to order allow up to 2-3 weeks for delivery. Bravado Custom Nursing Bras allow 3-4 weeks. These are garments are non returnable (this does not affect your statutory rights). Please note that all garments which are made specifically for you are non returnable.
All goods sent within the UK over the value of £50 are posted out to you FREE OF CHARGE. Otherwise you may select 1st (£2.95) or 2nd Class (£2.65) postage by Royal Mail. For an extra payment of £7.00 certain goods may be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery (every garment online states whether it can be sent by Special Delivery or not) and guaranteed to arrive with you next day before 1pm (if order is received before 3pm that day). Please note that Royal Mail do not guarantee delivery of Special Delivery on a Saturday morning, so Special Delivery orders received on Friday canot be guaranteed to arrive with you on Saturday. Overseas delivery may take a little longer and may be subject to delay in customs. Deliveries may be subject to import duties and taxes and the burden lies with the purchases to satisfy charges subsequently incurred. Seasonal deliveries - orders for Christmas will be taken up to 12th December and if in stock delivered by 1st Class Post - we cannot accept responsibility for items not getting to you in the Christmas Post! PLEASE CHECK IF THE ITEM IS IN STOCK IF YOU NEED IT IN A HURRY!
At EnVie we want you to be totally happy with everything you purchase from us but if for any reason an EnVie product does not meet your expectations, simply return the item(s) to us wherever possible in its original packaging and unused condition within 14 days of the despatch date if within the UK. For orders abroad we request returns to be sent back to us within 28 days. We will then provide you with a merchandise exchange, credit voucher or refund. Sorry but we cannot refund postage. You can download your details & return paperwork at http://www.envie4u.co.uk/content.asp/Content/34/returns.htm. Or contact us at exchanges@envie4u.co.uk to quicken up the exchange process. Please take care with false tanning products and the care of your garments, do not send us stained/soiled/worn garments as they will not be refunded or returned to you.
Free Gifts
If you are making a return that has qualified for a free gift then these must also be returned. Free gifts are only free if the order is kept by the customer. If your order is returned to us for a refund then you must also return the free gift. If garments are returned to us without the free gift this will be chargable at the current rate on the website and taken off the amount to refund.
Beespoke orders are made especially for you and cannot be refunded but wherever possible can be altered to your specifications or exchanged.
Please note that special SALE garments need to be returned within 10 days from despatch date. (Items sent to us after these deadlines cannot be refunded/credited/posted back to the customer.)
If any of your items are faulty please let us know immediately on +44 (0)1274 873610 or by emailing jane@envie4u.co.uk and return them straight to us at the address below and we will exchange it for you as quickly as possible.
Please be aware that if you qualify for free postage as your purchases total over £50 or more and you return items for a refund which brings the initial order below the qualifying amount, your refund will be the total of goods returned less the postage charges - which need to be re-applied.

Once we have received your garment/s we will contact you by e-mail to confirmthe refund has been made to you. We do not send copy refunds by post, but are quite happy to oblige if you send us a stamped addressed envelope.
