This bra is fantastic because it is so comfortable. I used this bra at night as it gives just enough support and is easy to use if getting up to feed. It is not as supportive as some more structured styles and I didn't use it so much during the day but it is the perfect mix of comfort and support to sleep in, especially if you have a larger cup size (I am a 34L).
