Please read through our terms and conditions carefully as when you shop with EnVie Lingerie you are bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of the terms and conditions you must not use this web site.
All mastectomy bras are offered to customers who have undergone mastectomy surgery and will be VAT exempt. By ordering online with EnVie you are confirming that you have undergone surgery and that you qualify for disability relief. Your order will be exempt from VAT under group 14 of the zero rate schedule for the VAT tax act 1983.
All contents on our website including logos, trademarks and photographs along with written text are the property of EnVie and its suppliers. None of the content or software held on this website must be reproduced, copied, sold or downloaded without prior written consent from us directly.
The default currency displayed on our site is GB Pounds Sterling. You can change the currency by clicking on the flags on the right hand column. Please note - the exchange rates displayed are updated on a regular basis however the actual amount you will be charged will be the rate set by the banks at the time of your transaction.
Please rest assured your privacy is a priority to us and we will not release any customer information to third parties. By ordering with us you will automatically be added to our e-mail list and will be sent 'e-shots' unless otherwise requested. The amount of e-shots we send is very small, so please rest assured you will certainly not be bombarded!
Orders may be cancelled any time right up to being despatched. We adhere to the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for your purchases right up until 7 days after delivery. If you wish to cancel, please do so in writing by emailing us. Please send us your order id along with clear instruction of how you wish the order to be cancelled.
- If we've already shipped your order, you'll need to package the items and send them back to us.
- We will refund you by the method you originally used for the items and delivery charge upon receipt of the order, and in any case within 30 days after we receive your notification.
Return postage is the responsibility of our customers. We suggest that wherever possible proof of postage is obtained at time of posting. Should the parcel not reach us then compensation can be claimed back via a third party should it not reach EnVie. Unfortunately EnVie cannot be held responsible for missing post.
Please be aware that to qualify for free postage your purchases must total over £60. When returning items for a refund if the amount falls below the £60 (which brings the initial order below the qualifying amount) your refund will be the total of goods returned less the postage charges (£2.95) which need to be re-applied.
If you are making a return that has qualified for a free gift then these must also be returned. Free gifts are only free if the order is kept by the customer. If your order is returned to us for a refund then you must also return the free gift. If garments are returned to us without the free gift this will be chargable at the current rate on the website and taken off the amount to refund.
Special Next Day & Saturday Delivieries
We are happy to offer the above express deliveries to our customers as we do understand that sometimes deliveries are exceptionally urgent. Please bear in mind that once delivery is passed over to either Royal Mail or UK Mail that we cannot be held responsible for delivering these parcels, as we are solely dependent upon a third party. All parcels are delivered by hand, on occasions sometimes human errors can delay delivery and although we will do all we can to get your parcel to you on time, any delays encountered are totally out of our control.
