Post Surgery Support

Anita Care offer a great range of specialised medical items that give specific post surgery support and will help to quicken up your recovery times.  If you've had breast surgery it's worth considering a bra with a belt that keeps your breasts in place and also compresses the scar tissue at the same time.  Alternatively you can buy separately and add to your own bra to get the similar results.  

If you've had breast surgery it's worth choosing the best quality bra you can afford and worth making an investment in a good compression bra, the fabric is extra thick and extra soft it will hold you together and speed up the healing process.  Compression bras also have easily adjustable straps, many have velcro fastenings and zips to give easy access.  Many are vest style so that you can sleep comfortably in them without any rough seams digging into you. 

If you're choosing a bra, it's worth considering that although many of our post surgery bras are available in black and white and that the black one will certainly be the most practical of the 2!

If you have just given birth and had a C-Section then you may wish to consider a post natal girdle that will help with regression of your stomach and hips and at the same time is designed to protect your healing wound.
