If you have forgotten your password go to our forgotten password page. Forgotten password emails can take up to a few minutes to come through, and please check your junk mail folders.

If you make a mistake on your order, please contact our customer services team on 0113 898 0077 if between 9-6pm (GMT) and they will be pleased to make the alterations for you. If you notice the mistake on an evening please email orders@envie4u.co.uk and you will be contacted the next working day with a confirmation of change.

Will you charge extra postage if my order is sent out in 2
parts?

We will only charge you once for postage regardless of the number of exchanges made.

Local customs or import duties may be charged when your parcel reaches your country, although many goods can be imported without paying any duty at all. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. We have no control over these charges and unfortunately can't predict what they might be, please check Custom & Excise Website for further information.

Our online payment system is optimized to minimised to use 3D Secure when required by the issuing bank in order for a transaction to be authorised successfully.

Our online store payment gateways is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant. As a result, all online store transactions are automatically PCI compliant, which ensures our customers have peace of mind when shopping from our site.

Deliveries

Once you have placed your order we will be in touch every step of the way and will send an automatic confirmation to you. If you have not received this it could be because we have the incorrect email address or that your computer has picked up our confirmation as spam, so please check you have given us the correct email address and that orders@envie4u.co.uk is on your safe senders list!

Please check your confirmation email from us and if you notice any errors, contact us on 0113 898 0077 or orders@envie4u.co.uk immediately and we may be able to rectify them.

Orders received Monday-Friday before 4pm are usually despatched same day by Royal Mail if in stock, if your order is urgent please call 0113 8980077 or 07751484755.

Please allow 1-3 days for 1st Class Post and 3-5 days for 2nd Class Post.

Please note that at busy times some items may take longer, up to 7 days as we may be awaiting replenishments from our suppliers.

We hold a vast stock of garments and endeavour to despatch the majority of orders very quickly to you, there may, occasionally be items on the website not immediately available. Therefore once your order has been made you will be contacted with an estimated date of delivery and then your order will be despatched to you by the means of postage you have requested.

Bespoke orders and any EnVie handmade or made to measure items we ask that you also allow up to 14 days for delivery. These are garments are non-returnable (this does not affect your statutory rights). Please note that all garments which are made specifically for you or altered to your specifications are non-returnable.

Some Anita Mastectomy garments are made to order and Bravado Custom Nursing Bra, please also allow 7-14 days.

Orders must be placed by 3pm Monday-Thursday, to guarantee next working day delivery. Please check that your item is in stock on 0113 898 0077or 07751 484 755, otherwise you will be contacted as son as your order has been processed. Your order will delivered between 9am and 6pm and will require a signature.

We appreciate that it is difficult to be at home all day long and are happy to deliver to a different address if more convenient. Alternatively, please let us know if you would like Royal Mail to leave in a safe place for you or with a neighbour and we can arrange that. If delivery is unable to be made, a card should be left for you so you can re-schedule another delivery.

Orders placed after 4pm will arrive the second working day.

Orders placed on a Friday are guaranteed for Monday but may be delivered on Saturday by phoning 07754 184 755.

Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or Bank holiday will arrive the second working day. There are no deliveries on a Bank Holiday.

Royal Mail will deliver between 8.30am and 1pm. Please check that your item is in stock on 0113 898 0077 or 07751 484 755, otherwise you will be contacted when we process your order.

Royal Mail will require a signature so please make sure you are able to sign for this. If you are not home they will leave a card and you may either collect from the Post Office or re-arrange delivery with them. It is not their policy to leave with a neighbour but if you have a friendly Postie, they sometimes do!

We will send you a Royal Mail tracking number which can be viewed here.

Please note we use a third party to deliver items for next day deliveries and very rarely delays can occur which are usually down to human error and unfortunately out of the control of EnVie Lingerie.

Please allow from 7-14 days for delivery. Orders can take up to 3 weeks and can be delayed by customs. As goods are despatched from the UK, additional charges for customs clearance may be made into other countries and must be borne by you. We have no control over these charges and unfortunately cannot predict what they might be.

Envie will only charge you once for postage, costs shown include unlimited exchanges.  Postage costs are non refundable.

Returns

Returning an item couldn’t be easier! Simply fill out the returns form you received with your order, and follow the instructions on the returns leaflet that was included with your parcel. Make sure your items are secure and properly labelled to ensure they get back to us safely.

Simply follow the instructions on the returns leaflet enclosed in your parcel and choose one of the returns options or go to https://www.royalmail.com/track-my-return/pick-a-retailer. The cost of returning item(s) to us is £3.99. You won’t have to pay up front to return the parcel, but £3.99 will be deducted from the amount we refund to you (unless you are returning a faulty item or returning for an exchange which is free of charge). If you choose to use any other returns method, you will be liable for the full cost.

You can return direct to Envie for an exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt. Remember to bring the shipment notice received with your order as this is your proof of purchase and your refund/exchange can’t be processed without it.  If you’ve bought from us on eBay or paid for your items via PayPal, these items can unfortunately only be returned via post (head back up the page to see our postal returns process) and won’t be processed in store.

Please don't send us back garments that have been worn and washed for a refund!

We will not refund if the original tags have been removed from the garment or are not inact. 

Washing will automatically void your right to a refund and goods will not then be returned back to you.

Products altered at customer's request, special orders and discontinued items ordered specifically for customers cannot be refunded.

Please return to us within 14 days of receipt requesting an exchange or refund.  If you need longer ie., are expecting a baby, please advise at time of purchase & we may be able to authorise a later return date. Returns after 14 days will only be refunded at the management's discretion in which case a 25% surcharge will be made to re-stock.

Over Christmas our standard returns policy is extended, purchases made in  November and December can be refunded in January.

Exchanges

To speed up the process please request by email to exchanges@envie4u.co.uk. We can despatch on same day of receipt if the required items are in stock, otherwise you will be advised of despatch date. Exchanges are usually sent out by 2nd class mail but If you need a quicker exchange, please contact us on 0113 8980077. We can organise a new order and take payment, we can then also waive postage and packaging costs.

You do need to allow time for your parcel to be delivered back to us and time for the new order to get back to you so usually exchange orders take 7-14 days dependent upon Royal Mail.

We only charge you postage once, no matter how many exchanges you make. We do ask that you pay the postage to return goods back to us. Please make sure you have proof of postage from the Post Office/Carrier used to return the goods, unfortunately we cannot refund goods that we do not receive.

Please include a cover note along with your customer i.d. number. It is very helpful to us if you indicate what the problem is and whether you require an exchange, credit voucher or refund.

All EnVie handmade original garments.

Garments that have been specifically altered to fit you.

Gift Vouchers are non-returnable and can't be exchanged for cash.

Returns on hosiery can't be accepted if the pack has been opened.

Packages that have not been opened will gladly be refunded.

Skincare products & Cosmetics.

Wrapping charges cannot be refunded.Postage charges will not be refunded if goods are simply returned. We will send out unlimited returns to you free of charge and you will only be charged the one time for postage.


We adhere to the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for your purchases right up until 7 days after delivery. If you wish to cancel, please do so in writing by emailing us. Please send us your order id along with clear instruction of how you wish the order to be cancelled.If we've already shipped your order, you'll need to package the items and send them back to us.We will refund you by the method you originally used for the items and delivery charge upon receipt of the order, and in any case within 30 days after we receive your notification.

It is very unusual that any of our customers receive faulty goods and if you do receive anything that is not satisfactory please contact our customer services and we will be happy to sort out the problem. We will send you a stamped addressed envelope to return the faulty garment to us and arrange a replacement.

Please note that we can only give you a free gift if you purchase over £60 worth of goods with us, if you are returning any items and it brings your total to under £60 you will then have the option of keeping the gift (and paying for it) or returning it with your other goods and receiving a full refund.

Most bras have adjustable straps which can make quite a difference to the fitting of the bra, so try loosening them first. If the straps are still uncomfortable and dig in even when you have the fit right, you may need to consider a different bra with a wider or padded shoulder strap (Anita Comfort & Anita Rosa Faia have a great range of these).

Accordion pane content

If the cup size is filled perfectly by your breasts there should be no creasing or wrinkling at all, the fabric should be very smooth ifthe bra is a good fit. Sometimes cups can be puckered because they become over-stretched and you will then need to try a larger cup size.

If the back of the bra is riding up or does not hold horizontally then you need a smaller back size i.e. 34" is too big, try 32".

The bra cup should sit on your breast perfectly and you should not have any 'overspill' at the top of your cup. Another sign the cup is too small is usually when you have the 'sausage effect' as the top of the bra cuts into you. Do leave the bra on for 5/10 minutes as often once your shape had adjusted the fit can be different. Overspill can also occur under your arms and in this case the cup is also too small.

This indicates the cup is usually too small. The underwire should sit flat to the chest wall and encase your breasts completely. It can be difficult on very large chested ladies to achieve this.

It is best to wear the back size of your bra as tight as you can as this is where most of the fit of your bras comes from but it must be comfortable for you to wear everyday. If the back cuts into you too much it is too small and you will not wear it. Worth noting is that after a few washes and wears that the fit of the back does loosen and will become more comfortable.

This can sometimes be made right by adjusting the bra straps but often means the bra cup is too large for you.

Moulded bras are often called ‘T-Shirt’ bras and give a great smooth look under clothes as they are seam-free. A moulded bra is simply a style where the cups are made with a single piece of fabric that is moulded to a shape (rather than a cut and sew bra where the cup is made up from different pieces of fabric which have been sewn together). Most moulded styles are made from foam which keeps its shape when you lay it flat. Some people assume that all moulded styles are padded but that’s not the case - they can be padded or non-padded.
