Returns
Returning an item couldn’t be easier! Simply fill out the returns form you received with your order, and follow the instructions on the returns leaflet that was included with your parcel. Make sure your items are secure and properly labelled to ensure they get back to us safely.
UK Customers
Simply follow the instructions on the returns leaflet enclosed in your parcel and choose one of the returns options or go to https://www.royalmail.com/track-my-return/pick-a-retailer. The cost of returning item(s) to us by Royal Mail Tracked 48 Service is £4.99. You won’t have to pay up front to return the parcel, but the amount will be deducted from the amount we refund to you (unless you are returning a faulty item or returning for an exchange which is free of charge). If you choose to use any other returns method, you will be liable for the full cost.
International Customers
You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) to us. Follow the returns by post instructions above and return parcels using your local postal services to:

You can return it directly to Envie for an exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt. Remember to bring the shipment notice received with your order as this is your proof of purchase and your refund/exchange can’t be processed without it. If you’ve bought from us on eBay or paid for your items via PayPal, these items can unfortunately only be returned via post (head back up the page to see our postal returns process) and won’t be processed in-store.
UK ORDERS
Extended Christmas Return Policy
Over Christmas, our standard returns policy is extended, purchases made in November and December can be refunded in January.
Our other refund terms and conditions still apply.
OVERSEAS ORDERSPlease use the supplied self-adhesive return label stating 'GOODS OF UK ORIGIN' which will avoid any import duties and make sure you have proof of posting to enable you to claim directly with Royal Mail or whichever carrier used should your items go missing.
Returning from outside the EU
Please mark ITEM RETURN/EXCHANGE to the UK clearly on your return so that you will not have to pay any customs duty in the UK. |
Once we have Received your Returns we will send you an email to confirm your exchange/refund has been made. Refunds are usually carried out within 12-24 hours of receiving your return but please allow for delays during particularly busy periods.
EXCHANGES
To speed up the process please request by email to exchanges@envie4u.co.uk. We can despatch on the same day of receipt if the required items are in stock, otherwise, you will be advised of the despatch date. Exchanges are usually sent out by 2nd class mail but If you need a quicker exchange, please contact us on 0113 8980077. We can organise a new order and take payment, we can then also waive postage and packaging costs.
You do need to allow time for your parcel to be delivered back to us and time for the new order to get back to you so usually exchange orders take 7-14 days dependent upon Royal Mail.
We only charge you postage once, no matter how many exchanges you make. We do ask that you pay the postage to return the goods back to us. Please make sure you have proof of postage from the Post Office/Carrier used to return the goods, unfortunately, we cannot refund goods that we do not receive.
Please include a cover note along with your customer i.d. number. It is very helpful to us if you indicate what the problem is and whether you require an exchange, credit voucher or refund.
ITEMS THAT CAN NOT BE RETURNED
- All EnVie handmade original garments.
- Garments that have been specifically altered to fit you.
- Gift Vouchers are non-returnable and can't be exchanged for cash.
- Returns on hosiery can't be accepted if the pack has been opened. Packages that have not been opened will gladly be refunded.
- Skincare products & Cosmetics.
SERVICES THAT CAN NOT BE REFUNDED
- Wrapping charges cannot be refunded.
- Postage charges will not be refunded if goods are simply returned. (How to cancel)… We will send out unlimited returns to you free of charge and you will only be charged one time for postage.
