At EnVie we offer a hassle free, no-quibble return and exchange policy.
We want you to be totally happy with your purchases but if for any reason any product does not meet your expectations, simply return, unworn, in the original packaging complete with tags intact and we will be happy to exchange or refund to you.
and  WASHING YOUR GARMENT WILL AUTOMATICALLY VOID YOUR RIGHT TO A REFUND - please don't send us back garments that have been worn and washed for a refund!

Just detatch the return slip that was sent with your original order, fill in appropriately & request exchange or refund.

Use the self-adhesive label supplied with our address & unique rturn code for your order, don't forget to add stamps/postage!

Products altered at customer's request, special orders and discontinued items ordered specifically for customers cannot be refunded.

UK Orders

Please return to us within 14 days of receipt requesting an exchange or refund.  If you need longer ie., are expecting a baby, please let us know and we may be ble to extend the return period for exchanges at a later date.

Extended Christmas Return Policy - Over Christmas our standard returns policy is extended, purchases made in  November and December can be refunded in January.

Overseas Orders

For orders placed from abroad we offer 28 days for you to return of your garments.

Please use the supplied self adhesive return label stating 'GOODS OF UK ORIGIN' which will avoid any import duties and make sure you have proof of posting to enable you to claim directly with Royal Mail or whichever carrier used should your items go missing.

Returning from outside the EU

Please mark ITEM RETURN/EXCHANGE to UK clearly on your return so that you will not have to pay any custom duty in the UK.

If you live outside the EU, local customs or import duties may be charged when your parcel reaches your country. Some goods can be imported without paying any duty at all. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. We have no control over these charges and unfortunately can't predict what they might be. If you have paid any duties and return goods back to us it should be possible for you to claim a refund of duties from your local Customs authority. To do this, you'll need to show them proof of duty paid and proof of export (e.g. certificate of posting) when claiming your refund. If you have any queries on duties payable/refundable, please contact your local Customs authority.

Once we have Received your Returns we will send you an email to confirm your exchange/refund has been made. Refunds are usually carried out within 12-24 hours of receiving your return but please allow for delays during particularly busy periods.



To speed up the process please request by email to exchanges@envie4u.co.uk. We can despatch on same day of receipt if the required items are in stock, otherwise you will be advised of despatch date. Exchanges are usually sent out by 2nd class mail but If you need a quicker exchange, please contact us on 0113 8980077. We can organise a new order and take payment, we can then also waive postage and packaging costs.

You do need to allow time for your parcel to be delivered back to us and time for the new order to get back to you so usually exchange orders take 7-14 days dependent upon Royal Mail.

We only charge you postage once, no matter how many exchanges you make. We do ask that you pay the postage to return goods back to us. Please make sure you have proof of postage from the Post Office/Carrier used to return the goods, unfortunately we cannot refund goods that we do not receive.

Please include a cover note along with your customer i.d. number. It is very helpful to us if you indicate what the problem is and whether you require an exchange, credit voucher or refund.

Items that cannot be returned

  • All EnVie handmade original garments.
  • Garments that have been specifically altered to fit you.
  • Gift Vouchers are non-returnable and can't be exchanged for cash.
  • Returns on hosiery can't be accepted if the pack has been opened. Packages that have not been opened will gladly be refunded.
  • Skincare products & Cosmetics.

Services that cannot be refunded

  • Wrapping charges cannot be refunded.
  • Postage charges will not be refunded if goods are simply returned. (How to cancel)… We will send out unlimited returns to you free of charge and you will only be charged the one time for postage.

  • We adhere to the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for your purchases right up until 7 days after delivery. If you wish to cancel, please do so in writing by emailing us. Please send us your order id along with clear instruction of how you wish the order to be cancelled.
  • If we've already shipped your order, you'll need to package the items and send them back to us.
  • We will refund you by the method you originally used for the items and delivery charge upon receipt of the order, and in any case within 30 days after we receive your notification.

Faulty Garments

If any of your items are faulty please let us know immediately on +44 (0)1113 8980077 or by emailing us and return them straight to us at the address below and we will exchange it for you as quickly as possible.

Free Gifts

Please note that we can only give you a free gift if you purchase over £60 worth of goods with us, if you are returning any items and it brings your total to under £60 you will then have the option of keeping the gift (and paying for it) or returning it with your other goods and receiving a full refund.
